Salesforce CRM Application Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Application Specialist to join our team!


Your Impact & Responsibilities


  • Manage projects from all aspects – define project scope, structure, work plan, and timeline working with both business stakeholders & other MIS teams.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions based on the Salesforce platform, 3rd party apps, and best practices
  • Hands-on implementation including custom objects & fields, Lightning pages, Flow, validation rules, roles & permissions, etc.
  • Characterize the needs and requirements of business owners.
  • Explore and suggest improvements to existing processes – innovate!
  • Support users with their problems by solving bugs or improving system logic


Your Knowledge & Skills


  • BA in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems or equivalent
  • 3-4 Years of experience with project management and customizing the Salesforce CRM platform, Service Cloud.
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Process and analytical orientation
  • Fluent English is a must, additional languages – an advantage
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator - Advantage
