Overview

Come join Intuit’s Security Research and Development organization as a DevOps Team Manager. The team is responsible for architecting, building, managing the CI/CD platform and infrastructure, and supporting products for Intuit’s security SaaS offerings. You're ideal for the role if you're passionate about automation and DevOps, and thrive on driving excellence through automation.

As a leader of the DevOps team, you will bring your industry expertise to help the team navigate through challenges, and coach the team to develop and bring their best to the work they do every day.

What you'll bring
  • Passion for driving great DevOps solutions through automation and effective processes
  • 8+ years’ experience in DevOps or software development engineering
  • 4+ years’ experience in management or leadership role for DevOps or software development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate up and downstream effectively
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud management.
  • Deployment and configuration of services such as ECS, Docker, Aurora MySQL Server, Kafka, and Spark
  • Experience automating software builds and deployments using Jenkins, CloudFormation, or other similar technologies
  • Experience with Monitoring and Alerting using CloudWatch, Splunk, or AppDynamics
  • Experience with containerized deployments with Kubernetes or similar
  • Experience with Bash and Python
  • Experience with Agile development, Scrum and Kanban
  • Academic degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
How you will lead
  • Manage the Israeli DevOps team and partners with the US DevOps team. Keep communication flowing between the teams
  • Manage strategically and knows when to be tactical
  • Continually drive the improvement of the CI/CD platform
  • Foster a strong and inclusive engineering culture that develops the technical capabilities of the team
  • Collaborate with local development teams and teams in multiple geographic locations
  • Willing to get your "hands dirty", and dive deep into technical details whenever necessary
  • Keep yourself up to date with new technologies, evaluate its impacts, and make recommendations
