We are looking for an experienced, creative and impact-oriented engineer to own the infrastructure and tools we use to develop our Large Language Models.

You will work on cutting-edge technologies and ambitious projects in a fast-paced environment, all aimed at improving the velocity and efficiency of our development processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Own models development life cycle from data ingestion to model training, and ML experiment tracking.
• Build infrastructure, tools and processes to support velocity and quality at scale.
• Collaborate with algorithm developers, engineers and DevOps teams to design and execute our ML infrastructure roadmap.
• Establish and optimize processing solutions to ensure seamless data flow and efficient model training. Set methodologies and best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices in MLOps and DevOps, and integrate them into our ML infrastructure to maintain a cutting-edge position.
• Serve as a domain expert and mentor within the team, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Software Engineer.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience as an MLOps/Platform Engineer/Infrastructure or Core Backend Engineer.
• Demonstrated expertise in data processing libraries, workflow management frameworks, and ML frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid background working with SQL, NoSQL, and data warehouse technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Experience designing and implementing effective distributed ML workflows.
• Deep understanding of parallel and distributed computing paradigms.
