We’re looking for an eager and bright individual to join the SupDev team at INFINIDAT.

Our team's goal is to bridge the gap between complex storage needs and solution-driven tools. As a member of the team, you'll play an integral role, crafting tools that empower our Storage Support Engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based tools tailored for our Support Engineers.
• Seamlessly mesh new innovations with our pre-existing ecosystem, identifying areas for modernization.
• Aid in troubleshooting any tool-related issues ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate closely with our support engineers, decoding their challenges into actionable solutions.
• Write and maintain documentation for solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of programming in Python
• Excellent organizational, analytical abilities and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge in various system-level topics – Storage, Networking.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Development in one of Python’s web-frameworks (Django, Flask)
• Extensive experience with CI systems and Gitlab-CI, jenkins.
• Cloud environments (AWS - advantage)
• Proven experience in Linux system engineering (configuring, troubleshooting and deployment).
• Familiarity with Docker will be a plus.
