We are in search of an ambitious and experienced DevOps Engineer to join us as the first DevOps that wants to be part of a solid elite team. What will you do?

• Develop, test, and implement an effective CI/CD pipeline that complies with security regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with software development and security teams to implement automation solutions.
• Establish DevOps processes and methodologies while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure solutions that are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Manage and troubleshoot issues within the production and non-production environments.
• Train and mentor team members on DevOps tools and best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Engage with the wider DevOps community, sharing knowledge, learning from others, and promoting our company’s work and vision.

Requirements

• 4 years+ of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Expertise in cloud services, specifically AWS services like IAM, RDS, EKS, VPC.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and understanding of cloud-native principles.
• Familiarity with ArgoCD, GitHub, and GitHub Actions for managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Experience in at least one of the programming languages including Go, Kotlin, Java, or JavaScript.
• Manage and Create monitoring solutions based on Prometheus, Grafana, etc, and migration with an on-call.
• Familiarity with security principles, policies, and industry best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
