We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Solution Architect to join our global services team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be crucial in designing and implementing software solutions for our customers while providing technical support to the project manager and sales team. Responsibilities:

Design and Architectural Planning:

• Collaborate with the project manager, sales team, and clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
• Create detailed technical designs, including system architecture, component design, and integration patterns.
  
  

Solution Implementation:

• Take a hands-on approach to implement and configure software solutions according to design specifications.
• Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of components and adherence to architectural guidelines.
  
  

Technical Support:

• Provide technical guidance and support to the project manager and the rest of the internal team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with post-sale technical activities, including technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
  
  

Documentation and Communication:

• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including system designs, configuration guides, and deployment instructions.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to clearly understand solution designs and requirements.
  
  

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to software architecture and design.
• Proactively enhance your skills and knowledge through self-study, training programs, and participation in relevant conferences or workshops.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in complex enterprise-grade projects working directly with customers.
• Experience as a Software Developer, Systems Analyst, or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience the latest MS Windows Server and MS Windows (troubleshooting and optimization).
• Experience with DBs and T-SQL scripting: queries, functions, stored procedures, DB maintenance (MS SQL).
• Networking fundamentals knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS protocols, LAN, WAN, VLAN).
• Experience with other technologies such as data modeling, and programming languages such as JavaScript, VMS, GIS – advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be on call a week per month.
• Mother tongue Hebrew and fluent English.
