AI Developer for a high-impact digital health startup

Quai.MD is looking to recruit an AI developer.

Quai.MD is a groundbreaking Digital Health Startup, developing a unique AI-based platform to help doctors diagnose patients accurately in real time. Our platform will be deployed in pilot studies in major US hospitals, and integrated with their EMR systems for real time execution.

We are looking for outstanding AI developers to join our AI team and work on developing our proprietary AI technology.

This is a unique opportunity to join the founding team at an early stage, and take a major responsibility in our platform development, with the opportunity to grow into a significant role in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement multiple components in our proprietary AI engine
• Help structure the platform technology stack, ML training infrastructure and data processing flow
• Work closely with our backend team to create a fully integrated solution
• Work closely with our medical team and our first customers to ensure proper modeling and product/market fit

Relevant Experience:

• At least B.Sc in Computer Science (MSc is a plus). A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Physics is relevant as well if there is a proven strong background in Computer Science and ML/AI.
• Software development of AI/ML applications using a variety of technologies and engines (such as, but not limited to: NLP, DNN, Decision Trees, etc.) for data exploration & analysis. Including model training and evaluation.
• Proved hands-on experience in software projects that combine data science, data engineering and algorithmic work
• Extensive experience programming in python
• Experience working within a team, and working with git (version control)
• Good communications skills
• Hands on experience in the medical domain is a big plus
