As Project Delivery Manager you’ll make an impact on

• Leading the product development and execution in the R&D from requirement definition and planning until success delivery at the customers’ sites.
• Strong matrix interaction with multiple inner organization interfaces – R&D, Product Management, System Architectures, QA, Project management, DevOps etc.
• Experienced manager, self-learner, capable of working independently.
• Full responsibility for planning and managing SW delivery lifecycle in the R&D, this includes ensuring an on-time delivery, that meets business requirements and quality success criteria.

Your toolbox:

• 3+ years of managerial experience in software development as group leader, project manager or delivery manager.
• Practical experience of at least 5 years in R&D as senior developer or team leader.
• Significant experience in matrix environment.
• Experience in managing complex integrations and versions.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Ability to understand wide perspective system view, including high and low level technical architecture.
• Ability to facilitate, debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions.
• Ability to lead cross departments processes, ability to lead implementation of new processes.
• Experience with managing large scale development projects above 20MY and 1M$ value.
• Bachelor or engineering degree in computer science.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
