Hands On R&D Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. You will work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications
• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
• Review code written by team members and provide feedback and guidance
• Mentor and develop team members to improve their skills and capabilities
• Prioritize and manage team workload

Job Requirements:

• Former experience as Hands-On Team Leader. 
• Highly experienced with Python.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, React, Node & HTML/CSS.
• proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to achieve goals, and driving successful outcomes
• Experience with PostgreSQL, knowledge of indexes, and query optimization.
• Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• NoSQL DB (e.g. Redis, MongoDB).
• AWS environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
