Key Qualifications

3+ years of experience

Experience in system or firmware testing

Excellent programming skills (Python or any other scripting language, OOP)

Experience with data communication or wireless protocols

Experience with Linux, macOS or Unix based

Low and/or high level understanding of wireless protocols (Bluetooth, LTE, WiFi, etc.) - an advantage

Experience with testing equipment

Experience in automation development- an advantage


Description

You will join a dynamic quality assurance engineering team, responsible for functional and performance validation of WiFi (and other wireless technologies) features on Apple products. In this role you will be responsible for design and development of automation for testing embedded firmware and entire systems. You will be required to lead investigations and analyze failures or performance behavior. It is required to master the skills of problem solving, creativity and programming along with achieving detailed understanding of embedded systems and our wireless protocols.


Education & Experience

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent
