As an Apester Software Engineer you will work together with product managers, designers and data engineers to create amazing user experience and data driven technology.

You will have the autonomy to make technical decisions and support other developers in the team.

You will work on exciting new technologies like Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Go, React etc. with the latest best practices.

Working with large amounts of data generated daily on our platform that helps us make critical business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Development of Apester core applications
• Have impact on millions of users with every line of code you push
• Take initiative in improving the software in small or large ways to address pain points in your own experience as a developer
• Mentor junior developers and assist with their technical development
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code

 Requirements

• 3+ years of web development experience, 
• good understanding of JavaScript and experience working with React.js/Node.js  
• Experience with Node.js, Python
• Profound SQL and noSQL database knowledge, using MongoDB, BigQuery, postgreSQL, or similar databases.
• Experience working on cloud based production systems. Proven track record of delivering large scale, high-quality products.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and try new things.
• Good command of English and interpersonal skills.
• Readiness to work in startup workmode and a challenging environment.
