We're looking for an exceptional Senior Full Stack Engineer who truly shines in their role and is ready to make a significant impact.

We previously founded Tapingo - one of the most popular and beloved consumer businesses to come out of Israel. 

Tapingo was built in the traditional way - raising multiple rounds from tier one investors in the US and Israel - and culminated in an exit to GrubHub in 2018 for $150m. After reflecting on the journey at Tapingo, we decided to build Zetz in a different way.

Zetz is designed to maximize the joy and the returns to our employees. 

We are a self-funded, profitable business with a dynamic, tight knit engineering team. We are going after a massive opportunity to transform small and mid-sized businesses that have been overlooked for years from a technology standpoint.

We identify these businesses, acquire ownership of them and then send in a technical swat team to develop and execute on a roadmap to transform them.

Because we are self funded and own the businesses we work with, we don't face the same external obstacles and massive dilution most startups face.

If our hypothesis is accurate, and the product works, we win.

As our world's commerce shifts dramatically towards the online, the demand for delivery (through air and land) reaches new heights and exposes the weakest link in the chain - the truck driver.

To put things in perspective - the US market alone is short of more than 150k qualified truck drivers to meet existing demand, causing the entire logistics network to break (severe delays in shipments, lost packages, and operational chaos).

Realizing this market failure, we went ahead and managed to acquire ownership of one of the biggest truck driver schools and staffing agency in the US - putting us in a position to revolutionize the trucking industry from within by building a modern tech platform connecting all the pieces in the chain together.

We call this platform TF1.

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Zetz, you will...

• Collaboratively design and develop cutting-edge software products using modern technologies and agile methodologies.
• Work with integration solutions within the cloud ecosystem.
• Build robust backend microservices for seamless performance.
• Develop web and mobile applications with React, React-Native, NextJS, and other state of the art technologies.
• Collaborate on effective integration solutions with diverse external services."Create advanced data pipelines that involve state-of-the-art problem-solving with AI.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code, following industry best practices and standards.
• Play an active role in our engineering forum, where processes constantly evolve in pursuit of finding the optimum between the almighty forces of speed, quality, and reliability.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Software Engineer.
• Solid understanding of web & mobile development fundamentals.
• Experience with TypeScript & Node.JS.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks - React/Vue/Angular.
• Experience with UI state management frameworks - MobX/Redux/RxJS/Hooks/etc.
• Experience with data pipelines & python - an advantage.
