The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in HodHaSharon, Israel. At Planview, we embrace a hybrid work model combining remote work benefits with in-office collaboration. We have regular office days on Mondays and Wednesdays.

What You'll Do

• Support and lead a development team of engineers, driving highly effective execution, delivering high quality results on time
• Remove knowledge bottlenecks and lead code refactoring activities to support high maintainability and team scalability
• Recruit, coach and provide constant feedback to team members to support their professional growth
• Gain product and technology expertise, from research and validation, to design and development, to monitoring the product in production ands on position, as part of your role, you will have an active role participating in the development and delivery of the product.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 5-7 years in backend software development
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Proven extensive experience with Microsoft .NET technologies: .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#
• Proven experience with relational databases, fluent with SQL
• Proven experience in building and supporting cloud-based, enterprise grade, SaaS applications
• Team player, strong communication skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Computer Science
• Fluent English: both written and spoken
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with front end technologies: JavaScript, React, jQuery, ASP .NET MVC
• Experience with Oracle DB
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes
• Experience with public cloud technologies, preferably AWS
