Position Summary

As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our content arbitrage endeavors by developing intuitive user interfaces for internal tools, designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our content sites, building robust server-side microservices using Node.js, and implementing client code for tracking scripts.

Responsibilities:

• Server-Side Microservices: Design and implement efficient server-side microservices using Node.js to support our content arbitrage operations and ensure seamless communication between the front-end and back-end.
• Front End Development: Collaborate with the design and product teams to create visually compelling, responsive, and user-friendly UIs for complex web applications and tools like our CMS and campaign launcher, ensuring an intuitive user experience.
• Website Design: Develop eye-catching and engaging website designs for our content sites, focusing on usability and user experience to drive engagement and conversion.
• Client Code for Tracking Scripts: Implement tracking scripts on our content sites to monitor user behavior, gather data insights, and optimize content performance.
• Code Quality and Testing: Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ideate, plan, and execute projects effectively.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance your skillset and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Fullstack Developer with a successful track record in UI development, website design and server-side microservices using Node.js.
• Front-end Expertise: Proficiency in React, Redux, JavaScript, and TypeScript to develop dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
• Back-end Proficiency: Strong skills in Node.js and experience in creating server-side microservices.
• Client Tracking: Familiarity with implementing client code for tracking scripts to gather user behavior data.
• Tech Stack: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Python backend processes would be advantageous. Experience with design tools like Figma, Storybook, etc. would be advantageous.
• Collaborative Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with local and offshore team members.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
