About the Team:

You will work on multi-tenant, high-scale, distributed SaaS platform used for managing our cloud security services infrastructure, customers self-service configuration, monitoring and reporting, analytics and more.

You will own development activities end-to-end and work with the different cross-functional teams in order to design, develop, monitor, scale and optimize the architecture of Radware’s cloud services.

What is the job:

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers to develop our next-gen web applications
• Collaborating with the product team, UX designers and other R&D teams to secure our deliveries
• Assume complete ownership over key areas of our platform, including quality of code, time estimations, deployment to production and monitoring
• Take active part in the team’s efforts to deliver best solutions to our services
• Manage, recommend, and execute improvements to our infrastructures and stay ahead with new technologies and best practices

What you need:

• At least 2 years of experience in managing a full stack team of at least 3 developers
• Extensive experience in design and development of web applications
• At least 3 years of experience in client-side development, preferably with React
• At least 3 years of experience in server-side development with node.js
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)
• Experience with Linux environment and containers (docker)
• Experience with Agile development, effort estimations, and timelines management

How can you stand out:

• Experience with Micro frontends architecture
• Experience with cloud-based server infrastructure (e.g AWS, Google Cloud)
