• Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with many multi-functional teams, architects, product owners and engineers.

• Providing technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members.
• Maintaining and encouraging our culture by interviewing and hiring only the most qualified individuals
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Daily management of stand-ups as the Scrum Master for engineering teams.
• Contribute to the direction, create technical specifications and drive the future of automation and tooling.
• Support ongoing and new security/compliance initiatives.

Required Skills

• + 4 years -leading software engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and principles.
• Validated knowledge of AWS Infrastructure and programming languages e.g : Java or similar.
• Strong technical understanding of systems, network and identity fundamentals.
• Experience leading large scale distributed systems, working with microservices and/or distributed architecture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with leading through change.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Desired Skills

• Experience with resource management, assigning individuals to accounts based on capacity and allocation of resources and business needs.
• Experience of the Salesforce Platform
