We seek a highly motivated and talented AI/NLP Engineer to join our AI team.

Our company operates on a hybrid work model, with two days a week from our office in Binyamina, conveniently located near the train station.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the company's and product's challenges and determine how integrating AI capabilities can provide solutions and offer significant business benefits.
• Identify opportunities for AI within our software products and align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to design AI solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, advancements, and techniques, using this knowledge to influence strategic decisions and enhance existing products.
• Lay the groundwork for the future expansion of the AI team.

Qualifications:

• Hold a BSc degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or another related quantitative field that offers a solid foundation for data science and machine learning.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI R&D roles, with proficiency in Python-based machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and HuggingFace.
• Knowledge and practical experience in NLP and deploying real-world AI solutions in production.
•  Understand the mechanics and applications of large language models in the current AI landscape, including expertise in using APIs effectively.
• Skill set includes software engineering, data infrastructure, and familiarity with RDBMS/NOSQL.
• Possess strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Exhibit robust problem-solving skills, with the capability to identify business challenges, formulate data-driven hypotheses, and design experiments to test and validate these hypotheses.
