Your Career

Palo Alto Networks' Prisma Cloud team is looking for a seasoned and accomplished Product Architect with experience in Cloud Native technologies and Enterprise Security products. You will be leading the architecture of Prisma CIEM (Cloud Identity Entitlement Managment) Product. You will be expected to lead the architecture of the product and key features, and collaborate with Product managers and architects from other teams in Prisma organization to build a unified product experience for our customers.

Your Impact

• Mentor developers on all levels of experience toward excellency
• Collaborate with the engineering team to drive key design decisions, document / communicate architectural expectations, and ensure alignment
• Partner with product management to define product requirements and influence overall product direction
• Strong executive presence and ability to champion ideas and initiatives
• Evangelize the product vision internally and externally - be able to represent the company, product, and team at all levels

Qualifications

Your Experience

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent military experience required
• Experience as an architect
• 5+ years of experience in highly technical roles in development or enterprise services, at large organizations or innovative startups
• Strong experience with distributed system architecture and public cloud
• Understand non-functional implications to design like reliability, availability, security, data migration, deployment, etc.
• Customer-first and results-first mindset and the ability to make practical choices when making engineering decisions
• Experience with cloud-native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, etc - Advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We help the customers in their journey to the public cloud by ensuring they have the best in class protection. The public cloud market has been growing at a very rapid rate for the last few years. As more and more enterprises leverage public cloud, there is an insatiable demand for securing workloads in public cloud.
