We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated Junior Data Engineering for a temporary period of 9 months, who will help us build and maintain our data pipelines. As a Junior Data Engineer, you will work closely with our experienced data engineering team to support and enhance our data infrastructure and develop advanced data and analytics solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join our experienced team and gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge data technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Airflow, Bigquery, Google functions, and more GCP tools to efficiently extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into BigQuery.
• Own the data development process end-to-end including business understanding, methodology, QA, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, R&D, information systems analysts, and more stakeholders to provide solutions for fundamental data needs.
• Development and maintenance of real-time data pipelines.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer or BI Developer.
• Proficient in SQL - have experience writing complex queries
• Proficient in Python - experience with writing ETLs and data pipelines with Python.
• Familiar with Pandas and data manipulation Python packages
• Experience working in a cloud environment (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with DWH methodologies and data modeling.
• Experience working in a production environment.

Advantage:

• Experience with Airflow.
