Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and maintenance of an advanced automation system, exercising control over multiple systems.
• Engage in the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept definition to resolving critical customer issues.
• Lead and empower the team in implementing automated testing and deployment strategies for Silk solutions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering incremental value on a weekly basis.
• Remain hands-on, dedicating some of your time to direct software development.
  
  

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, successfully managing teams of 3+ engineers.
• Proficiency in Python is an advantage.
• Demonstrated passion for software invention, design, and a relentless curiosity to learn and innovate.
• BSC/BA degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Strong understanding of computer systems and operating systems, with proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, networking, and storage technologies.
• Background in developing test automation infrastructure and automating tests across diverse OS in distributed environments.
• Experience in analyzing large and complex systems, with a solid understanding of QA processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
