About the position:

We’re rapidly growing and we need people to manage our organization effectively. Our growth also presents unique opportunities for advancement into key positions. The job requires managing a team of 4-5 fullstack developers, responsible for customer engineering. You’d be responsible for your team members' day-to-day, sprint planning, and professional growth. The work is expected you be about 60% hands-on as well. There are performance challenges to tackle and the development of innovative and exciting tools and applications.

Requirements:

Required Technical Skills

• BSc in computer science or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in python development - ML/Al related projects
• 5+ years of experience working with a Javascript/Typescript framework (React/Vue/Angular)
• 4+ years of experience working with customers
• 5+ years of managerial experience
• Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adherence to coding standards and software design principles
