The Role

Proofpoint is seeking a Full Stack software developer with proven experience.

As part of the Illusive business-unit you’ll take a key role in developing the cutting-edge solution in the Identity Threat Detection and Response field. As part of the Shadow team, you will focus on our deception-based detection technology and help our customers catch the bad guys! You will be required to design and develop new features on both the frontend and the backend and take part in the product’s transition to SaaS.

Your day-to-day

• Work closely with the product team to define the feature’s requirements
• Design and implement high quality code
• Write unit tests and integration tests to validate the code’s quality
• Suggest ideas to improve the product
• Support customer issues
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• 4-5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
• 2 years of proven experience at Angular2+
• 3 years of experience in JAVA backend development
• Ability to take a feature from start to finish; design, implement, test, release, and successful implementation in customers’ production environment
• Experience with software engineering best practices and methodologies (testing, code reviews, clean-code, etc.)
• Proven experience in Software Design and Object-Oriented programming
• Ability and willingness to communicate opinions as well as accept other approaches
• Team player and trustworthy
• Proactive, strive to understand why things are done the way they are and takes not the current state for granted
