We're looking for an experienced and skilled team lead to head our Platform team.

As the Platform team lead, you will be responsible for managing a group of talented engineers, scaling our product capabilities, and providing hands-on coding expertise while working closely with the team, product, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform aspect of BlinkOps' R&D group, as well as a significant portion of the product's core features
• Collaborate with the product team to define requirements and ensure that the product meets customer needs
• Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development
• Work closely with other teams, including sales and customer success, to deliver the best value to customers

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience (Golang experience is a plus)
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience working on customer-facing production environments
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, databases and cloud infrastructure
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment
