DECISION is a web application suite which enables business users to model business rules in decision tables and export them to different executable formats.

The customer's in-house systems can then consume the exported executable files. This enables business users to directly manage the business rules/logic, which is stored in DECISION, while allowing IT to focus exclusively on the technical consumption of those rules.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the Sapiens Decision R&D group in Israel, in a small and elite team. As a member of the team, you will master the entire application life cycle including application architecture, application deployment architecture, development, and continuous integration.

Responsibilities

• Be a key contributor to the R&D.
• Write high quality, testable and efficient code in Java for the backend services and TypeScript for an Angular SPA.
• Perform code reviews and push for quality.
• Collaborate and mentor other team members.
• Be responsible for solution design, architecture, and implementation.

Desired Skills And Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expert in server-side JAVA programming – Must.
• Experience with Angular (or React, Vue) – Must.
• Experience building RESTful APIs – Must.
• Experience with SQL – Must.
• Good knowledge and experience with Web Applications and JavaScript \ TypeScript – Must.
• Good knowledge and experience with Spring and Hibernate\Spring Data – Must.
• Strong Understanding of OOP, Design Patterns – Must.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and development – Advantage.
• Experience with Reactive Programming (RxJS \ Spring WebFlux \ Vert.x).
• Strong capabilities in designing and architecting software systems.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Fluent Hebrew and English – Must.
• Experience with Cloud platforms – Advantage.
• Experience with Docker – Advantage.
