We're looking for a Team Lead, Engineering This role is Hybrid

In this role you will...

• Lead a team of engineers who design, develop, deploy and own the application.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across the globe.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members with varying levels of experience, to achieve highest levels of quality and productivity.
• Be a motivator for the team, make sure the atmosphere stays great and the team is engaged.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Management, Program Management, Software Architects, and offshore teams.
• Quickly become an expert on the product’s architecture and workflows.
• Be accountable for the team’s domains including their automated tests.
• Help in driving architectural changes.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting.
• Setup OKRs, review progress, coach and discuss career advancement with team members.
• Communicate issues or project details effectively with direct reports, peers, and managers.

You’ve got what it takes if you have...

• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, and can earn the trust of others by being sincerely open-minded and a great listener.
• Proven hands-on experience with .NET, C#, SQL & No-SQL databases, and an ability to conduct insightful code reviews for the team.
• Experience working in a SCRUM team.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of web-based application experience.
• Solid English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in developing Microservices and RESTful API.
• Experience in working on projects with public cloud providers like Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Deep understanding of Domain-driven design (DDD).
• OOP and SOLID design principles.
• Experience in managing a team of engineers is preferred.
• AWS experience is preferred.

At Cornerstone, our transparent total rewards program is based on three core tenets: equitable pay, market dynamic research, and skill-based appraisal.

In Tel Aviv Office, The base salary range for this position is: 323600 - 517800 ILS. If you work outside of Tel Aviv Office, the salary range may be different and will be applicable to your country, currency and market.

In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package.

Where an individual’s pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
