FertilAI, a new startup after an initial funding round, is looking for an amazing ML researcher / algorithm developer that will develop the next generation of precision medicine algorithms in the fertility field. The algorithms will assist and in some scenarios replace doctors during clinical decision making with the goal of increasing treatment success rates.

The job involves working in a dynamic startup environment while collaborating closely with leading fertility doctors (REIs) from one of the largest IVF centers in the world.

Responsibilities

• Research medical workflows and deconstruct them to separate algorithms
• Explore and analyze large amounts of medical records
• Develop machine learning algorithms that improve medical outcomes
• Develop the frameworks that deploys and monitors the algorithms in production

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in applied machine learning in the industry.
• Experience in software development
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning algorithms, clustering, classification & regression techniques.
• Fluency in Python or a similar scientific programming language.

Bonus

• 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning in the industry.
• Experience in cloud based ML-OPS development
• Experience in researching medical data
• Familiarity with the fertility field
