Kaleidoo, a leading company specializing in Big Data and AI solutions, is seeking a passionate and experienced AI & Data Team Leader to join our initial team. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and play a crucial role in designing, developing, and embedding our innovative solutions. As the AI & Data Team Leader, you will lead a team and collaborate closely with the CTO to drive the technical vision, strategy, and execution of AI and Big Data initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of developers and data engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Collaborate with the CTO to define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and Big Data initiatives.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept development to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Design and develop full-stack applications with a focus on AI and Big Data technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and domain experts, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, testing, and performance optimization to meet the highest standards.
• Utilize cloud services, such as GCP, AZURE, for application development and deployment.
• Leverage SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and web UI/UX design, providing technical guidance and recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a team leader or manager, in a software development environment.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Python.
• Experience with cloud services, development, and deployment, preferably in GCP & AZURE.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and lead complex projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Strong focus on code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with web UI/UX design is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts is a plus.
