We are looking for an experienced Post-Sale Solution Engineer. This role involves managing multiple customer projects, benchmarking initiatives, building customer relationships, and contributing to product evolution. As a Post-Sale Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction and product development.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Coordinate multiple customer sub-projects, ensuring alignment with our capabilities.
- Benchmark Initiatives: Use analytical benchmarking to help customers understand our product's value.
- Account Management: Cultivate strong customer relationships, acting as their primary post-sale contact.
- Expansion Opportunities: Work with Account Executives to identify and qualify business growth opportunities.
- Product Focus: Contribute to our product roadmap based on customer insights.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a solution engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of SaaS solutions.
- Hands-on experience in software development/DevOps.
- Demonstrable project and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to discover and qualify business expansion opportunities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
