What will you do at Sweep?

• As the first DevOps Engineer to join our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our infrastructure and contributing to the success of Sweep.
• Take full ownership of our Production environment
• Collaborate with various Engineering Teams
• Enhance our cloud infrastructure to meet the demands of a growing start-up
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions.
• Implement security best practices to ensure our system and data are aligned to compliance and protected.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide efficient DevOps solutions and support.

We are looking for

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Team player attitude.
• Proven Experience in Production Environments.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is a must
• Willingness to work on a part-time basis - a big advantage.
