We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about building infrastructure and DevOps to empower the company to scale effectively.

As DevOps Team Lead, you will be responsible for the operations and infrastructure that tap into Fortune500 companies systems, and for the tools that make our R&D department productive and efficient.

You will work in a high-velocity startup with a fun environment where products and ecosystems are still being defined and developed. giving you the chance to influence some of the core tools used and be a part of every stage of development from concept to deployment. You will need to be a self-starter, ready to dig in and own projects, collaborate cross-functionally and deliver quality resultsץ


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professional and ambitious DevOps engineers
  • Hire, train, and mentor new team members as the team grows
  • Lead the design and implement solutions to improve new and existing infrastructure
  • Build solutions that allow our R&D teams to work productively at scale
  • Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines
  • Learn and apply industry best practices and share this knowledge within the team and with other teams.
  • Solve diverse production-grade complex problems.
  • Continuously learn and evaluate new technologies to stay ahead of the curve and perfect our services.
  • Solve performance bottlenecks and continuously improve the security and resilience of our platform
  • Maintain HiredScore availability by participating in DevOps on-call shifts
  • Control and improve HiredScore’s cloud consumption costs


What You Need

  • At least 5 years of experience in an AWS focused startup company as an engineer or manager.
  • More than 2 years of experience as a manager
  • People skills- Be a team player with a strong sense of ownership and able to communicate and collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
  • Passion for building powerful products for engineers. Enabling them to build, deploy and operate systems at scale.
  • Strong coding skills in at least one general-purpose language (Python, etc.) and Bash.
  • Mandatory: Experience in AWS cloud.
  • Experience in designing and building GitOps CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI, ArgoCD).
  • Proven hands-on experience with containerized environments and microservices; Kubernetes - A must
  • Experience with configuration management (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.).
  • Experience with infrastructure as a code (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane, etc.).
  • Proficient at Linux system administration (CentOS / Ubuntu).
  • Hands-on experience with logging & monitoring solutions (Prometheus/Grafana/Thanos/ELK).
