What you will do:

• Lead a team of Android developers, QA and Automation engineers
• Design and lead complex features within the team
• Take part in the product development and definition
• Pushing team developers forward, constantly promoting their personal development
• Actively define & promote the team’s mid & long term R&D goals
• Define & implement methodologies to ensure the quality, performance & scalability of our products

What you will need:

• 4+ years of experience in Android development
• 2+ years of experience in team management
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design
• Experience in Kotlin
• Experience in Agile development, including CI, CD and automated testing
