We're Agora, an early-stage Fintech startup based in TLV on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software help companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.

The Python Developer Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading our data team of 2 engineers, helping onboard new clients' data, and building tools to enhance data back-office work in the customer success department. This role will require extensive knowledge of data management, data integration, and ETLs infrastructure.

What are we looking for:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a data team of two engineers, ensuring high performance and creating a positive and effective work environment.
• Data Implementation: Manage the entire data implementation process for new customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and addressing any challenges that may arise.
• Tool Development: Plan and oversee the building of tools aimed at improving data back-office work in the customer success department.
• Data Integration: Design and implement a robust data integration framework with third-party partners and ETLs infrastructure.
• Data Analysis: Lay the foundation for cross-company data analysis, providing ongoing support and insights to internal stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of data management experience, including ETLs, and data integration with third-party systems.
• Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience as a team lead or similar leadership role in a data-focused environment.
• Solid experience with various data visualization tools and techniques.
• Strong expertise in Python and familiarity with data-oriented Python libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, flask, etc.)
• A strong understanding of SaaS platforms and the unique data challenges in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to effectively prioritize tasks and manage projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
