We are looking for R&D Project Manager with a strong background in software development for Firewall Core Group!

Major Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Be part of a PjM team that leads strategic cross-organization projects, responsible for both hardware and software domains
• Manage new products and releases for Check Point Security Gateways domain: planning, execution and finalizing projects throughout all development life cycle
• Lead multi-disciplinary hardware/software projects – overall responsibility for SW development plan, technology opportunities, infrastructure changes, quality improvements
• Coordinate multiple interfaces including R&D, QA, PMO, Product Management, Field support
• Facilitate and enforce development process & tools

Desired Background

• Bachelor’s degree in software or electrical engineering/computer science
• 3-4 years experience in project management using Agile/Scrum
• Software development experience
• Strong organizational skills, negotiate and continually manage expectations under time-constrained circumstances
• Experience in software security/ networking systems/ Hardware eng – a major advantage
• Self-starter with an engaging leadership style and out-of-the-box thinking approach
• Team player with lots of energy and a positive attitude
