Job Summary

Spot by Netapp is looking for a talented Tech lead to join our team and take on the responsibility of leading a team of developers in developing and maintaining our product's infrastructures and technologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions based on microservices architecture, databases, and APIs, that meet the needs of our business, as well as leading a team of developers to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in design and implement infrastructure, databases and data collection processes, experience with Elastic search and MySQL are advantage.

Experience with other data storage solutions and microservices architectures are also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the team professionally is the focus of designing, developing, and maintaining code infrastructure that supports the needs of our business
• Develop data collection and storage systems using Elasticsearch and MySQL
• Write clean, efficient and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the industry

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of software development experience, including 1-2 years of hands-on Tech lead experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, etc.)
• Deep knowledge in databases, data collection processes
• Experience with Elasticsearch and MySQL (advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
