About the Position

We are looking for a talented hands-on Team Lead FullStack with a solid background in frontend and mobile development to join us in building the next-generation Telehealth Solutions used by millions of patients and clinicians all around the world.

You will be engineering highly available and performing Web and Mobile clients using ReactJS, React Native, Swift, and Java/Kotlin. You will manage highly talented cross-functional engineers and collaborate with other teams within the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

●      3+ years of experience in managing diverse teams.

●      5+ years of experience with web technologies, mobile, or as a full-stack.

●      3+ years of experience with ReactJS.

●      1+ year of experience with TypeScript, React / Redux, SPA.

●      1+ year of experience with React Native mobile development for iOS and/or Android.

●      Proven experience in architecting and developing scalable web and mobile solutions for cloud-based distributed systems.

●      Excellent technical skills and understanding of development processes and DevOps culture.

●      Fluent English.

●      BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

●      Experience in transforming native mobile applications into hybrid technologies.

●      Experience in responsive web mobile applications.

●      Experience in the development of mobile SDKs.

●      Experience working with API, good knowledge of GraphQL.

●      Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ).

●      Experience with backend technologies, NodeJS (preferred).

●      Knowledge of PostgreSQL (preferred) or MySQL.

●      Previous experience with Enterprise level products.

●      Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

●      Experience working in a startup environment.

What you will be doing

●      Managing a cross-functional team.

●      Leading the client-side transformation from native mobile to responsive web mobile, hybrid mobile solutions.

●      Building first-grade Web and Mobile clients for our API that integrates with different Microservices and is the heart of the company’s platform. Communicate with Microservices using synchronous and asynchronous channels.

●      Analyzing business and product requirements.

●      Participate in design and code reviews and ensure high development standards across the team.

●      Testing and deploying software components and ensuring end-to-end quality robustness of the solution.

●      Managing individual and team priorities and deadlines.

●      Contributing to the overall vision and architecture of the company’s platform.

●      Coaching and mentoring junior team members.
