Job Description

As an AI/ML algorithm team lead, you and your team will be responsible for developing and implementing new methods for modeling human communication. You will devise algorithms to perfect predictions on our unique proprietary data and metrics to evaluate it. You will affect the entire workflow and the design of our system. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to understand their requirements and deliver. Your inputs will provide insight on the quality of the data and what needs to be improved. You will push the size of the models to their limits to bring your work to production.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in deep learning.
• At least 3 years of experience as AI/ML team management.
• Experience with big data algorithms and systems
• Can utilize modern frameworks and recent research
• Relevant Experience: Speech recognition (ASR) / natural language processing (NLP) / Computer vision (CV) and video processing

Education

• M.Sc. in computer science with a thesis in fields of AI / Data science and equivalents
• Ph.D is an advantage
