About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated DevOps Team Lead to join our R&D leadership team, manage the DevOps team and lead all DevOps aspects in the company.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of experienced DevOps Engineers who are responsible for all DevOps aspects in the company: Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Observability, DataOps, SecOps and cost management
• Collaborate with other R&D teams on mutual projects
• Architect, build and automate cloud and hybrid-cloud infrastructure (Azure & AWS)
• Manage and monitor multiple, diverse environments at a large scale
• Maintain our CI/CD tooling and improve automation
• Implement SecOps best practices in all infrastructure and processes
• Design and maintain data infrastructure (SQL and NoSQL) fit for scale
• Integrate visibility and alerting capabilities into infrastructure and processes

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead
• At least 5 years of work experience as a DevOps in a large-scale software development environment
• Excellent collaboration skills with R&D teams and stakeholders
• Proven experience of managing cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) using automated tools (such as Terraform, Ansible)
• A good understanding of networking concepts (experience with hybrid-cloud setups is a plus)
• Experience triaging and solving complex production infrastructure issues
• Experience implementing SecOps projects and tools (in fields such as Cloud security, compliance certification, Zero trust etc.)
• Hands-on experience with docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
• Proven experience with scripting languages
• Solid understanding of Linux systems
• Experience in managing SQL and\or NoSQL databases is a plus
