NVIDIA is looking for an excellent highly motivated SW testing\automation team leader with experience in embedded software to join the Data Processing Unit (DPU) SW Group. We are looking for a candidate with the ability to thrive in an environment with complex software and hardware designs, take ownership and lead the SW verification of key components of the DPU. The role includes working closely with HW, FW, and SW teams all over the world, and take our product to next level.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead a small team of software testing engineers both on a personal and professional level.
- Hands on development in python.
- Establish the Software testing methodology and process.
- Define and implement the testing infrastructure and test automation
- Responsible for maintaining the group Lab and nodes utilized for development and testing.
- Take charge of verifying the functionality, stability, and performance of DPU BMC.
- Collaborate closely with both internal and external customers to comprehend system use cases
What We Need To See
- B.Sc degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years in a managerial position or tech leading.
- 6+ years of overall experience.
- The candidate needs to exhibit proficient Python coding abilities and practical hands-on experience
- Detail oriented and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
- Ability to work with various teams and have strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
- Experience with embedded SW development.
- Excellent communications skills, self-motivated and well organized.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
- Experience in CI methodology & servers (e.g. Gerrit, Jenkins, GitLab etc.).
- Experience with Docker.
- Background in BMC, Yocto, Linux Kernel, u-boot, UEFI, Secure Boot.
- Knowledge in Networking and protocols.
- Experience with C/C++.
