About the department-

The Data Engineering department is responsible for the full - stack design and development of the company's central data & ML services and business platforms. The department is responsible for the overall projects, design, architecture, and development of huge scale and very challenging cloud - based Big Data, machine learning, and business applicative platforms for ensuring excellence in the performance of business aspects including games & product design, marketing, retention, monetization, etc. Department solutions support the optimization of the company's overall business performance.

Responsibilites:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team at Plarium. As a member of our data team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data report and visualization tools. Your primary objective will be to enhance accessibility to data analytics for our stakeholders.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient frontend and backend services for data report and visualization tools.
  • Collaborate closely with data analysts and other stakeholders to identify requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Utilize modern technologies and tools, including GCP, Confluent (Kafka), Grafana, and others, to build and maintain data report and visualization tools.
  • Implement CI/CD tools to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, providing valuable insights to enhance code quality and architecture.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of data analytics and visualization.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Go lang or TypeScripts.
  • Demonstrate a solid background in Python with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Display a data-oriented mindset, understanding the importance of data-driven decision-making.
  • Exhibit expertise in Kubernetes (k8s).
  • Familiarity with Kafka or other pub/sub services.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Cloud Build, Code Fresh, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, etc.
  • Familiarity with React is advantageous.
  • GCP experience is considered a plus-advantage.
  • Knowledge of DBTs or dataforms is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
