Aiola is looking for a Backend Tech Lead to join our team

What will you do

• Solve complex problems - at the architectural, coding, and product levels. Find creative solutions, balancing practicality and innovation, considering both short and long-term.
• Own the back-end technical roadmap, keep technical debt under control, and maintain a healthy ecosystem around modern back end-end technologies.
• Coach and mentor other developers and help them elevate their skills.
• Build a multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, and Azure) architecture and solutions, utilizing both cloud-agnostic and cloud-native tools.
• Build the infrastructure for advanced ML solutions in production.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Be a part of the Aiola R&D team, implementing new and exciting features end-to-end, in collaboration with the product team.
  
  

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience (preferably using Typescript and Node.js).
• 2+ years of Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role, providing guidance and direction to other developers and driving technical decision-making within an engineering team.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Broad knowledge of modern backend frameworks and scalable software development practices, and a good understanding of micro services architecture.
• Solid cloud experience, Mostly with AWS, with tools such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and K8.
• Experience with CI\CD methodology.
• Experience working on high scale, production-grade projects.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools - an advantage.
