We are looking for an Experienced Backend Developerto join the Core Team.

The team's responsibilities include ensuring compliance and security, handling user authentication and management, designing the system's core architecture, implementing the infrastructure, providing data management and reporting features, integrating AI capabilities, and developing a flexible and extensible platform.

Your Role

• Work mostly in Go with microservice architecture
• Design and build core services for the company’s platform, Data Driven services, AI solutions and more
• Maintain high-quality standards and write testable, readable, modular, and maintainable code
• Help build tools and processes to improve and accelerate development, shared core libraries, performance, and monitoring

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in any of the following languages, Go Java, Ruby, Python,C#
• Bachelor’s CS degree, or equivalent experience
• Built microservices and web applications from scratch (design, development, and deployment)
• Experienced with the Clean Architecture approach and Clean Code practices
• DB knowledge - SQL DB(or equivalent)/mongo (or equivalent) - at least one, with knowledge and experience in query optimizations and indexing
• Experience in Async communication, publisher/subscriber architecture - A Plus
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes - A Plus
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
