We are looking for a software development engineer to join the Alteon application delivery organization.


What is the job:


The SW engineer will join the Alteon ADC group that develops Radware’s next-generation application delivery controller (ADC) and the only network load balancer that guarantees application SLA. It provides advanced, end-to-end local and global load-balancing capabilities for all Web, cloud, and mobile-based applications. In this position, you will work using Agile Scrum methodology, in a very challenging and dynamic environment.


What you need:


  • BSc in Computer Science or similar from a major university
  • At least 2 years of experience developing using C programming language
  • Knowledge of the Linux operating system
  • Understanding of network protocols and networking technologies
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • High self-learning abilities
  • English Fluency: High-level reading, writing, and speaking


How can you stand out:


  • Experience with python
  • Knowledge in Real Time programming principles
  • Familiarity with private/public cloud concepts (VMware, OpenStack, AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with agile management concept (scrum, iterations, PI, story, backlog, etc.)
  • Familiarity with automation tools/languages like Ansible, Terraform
  • Familiarity with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills
