The Fireblocks wallet unit is building up its B2B2C product capability and launching an End User Non Custodial Wallet. This product combines Fireblocks API and Mobile & Web SDK to enable our customers to offer white-labeled MPC wallets to their own end users.We are looking for a experienced technological team leader who is familiar with systems of high scale and throughput, open to constantly learn and solve diverse problems while empowering a very diverse team of professionals.The ideal candidate cares about delivering high-quality end-user experiences and can work closely with other teams to deliver best in class solutions to our clients.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a team-leader.

- 4+ years of experience in backend development

- Experience with micro-service architecture - must

- Experience working on a high-scale distributed systems - big advantage.

- Experience with iOS/Android development - advantage.

- Experience with cryptography - advantage.

- A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable to independently explore, propose and implement well thought out solutions.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
