Your Story:

As a Team Lead at EX.CO you will develop our platform using all the latest and newest technologies; Microfrontend, implement scalable, complex flows, shape up UX, improve user interactions and flows, and overall improve our core platform.

Your role will be to lead a team of full-stack developers that are responsible for core capabilities over EX.CO publishers-first OVP solution. You'll be in charge of creating tech roadmap, lead for architectural changes, improve development cycle, mentor and develop your team members and much more.

Work closely with different stakeholders to build a great product that will leverage our capabilities and user experience and overall improve our core platform.

Responsibilities:

• Growing and developing a team of talented and motivated full-stack developers.
• Own the design, execution, quality and end-to-end delivery of highly scalable products.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Improve platform architecture to support current and future initiatives.
• Improve EX.CO's development cycle working with DevOps to optimize git flows and CI/CD processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, familiarity with both FE and BE technologies (Angular/React/Vue, Grunt/Gulp/Webpack/Nodejs, MongoDB/MySQL/CDN/Redis).
• 3 years of experience of tech \ team leading engineering team
• Experience working in a cloud based environment with deep knowledge in AWS services, Microservices and Docker.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experienced in building cloud-based complexed systems in a scale oriented environment.
• Fast learner, organized and committed to the highest code quality.
• Experience in hiring and growing engineers.
• Great attitude towards work and people.
