Tech Lead (Node.js) - Senior Software Engineer

We're seeking a professional who:

• Develops high-quality code using advanced practices like Domain-Driven Design, Clean Code principles, and Design Patterns.
• Has experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Prioritizes tasks effectively, adapting to a startup's pace while ensuring codebase extensibility and modularity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of backend engineering experience in scaled companies, tackling complex challenges.
• 2+ years of Node.js coding experience.
• Proven experience in planning and implementing complex systems, including event-driven architecture and distributed systems.

Advantageous skills and experiences:

• Fluent proficiency in Javascript/Typescript.
• Involvement in on-premise enterprise deployments, understanding enterprise-level requirements.
• Experience in SaaS companies serving enterprises or the fintech industry.
• Previous tech lead, principal engineer, or architect roles, showcasing leadership and decision-making abilities.
