We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our cutting-edge Generative AI team as we harness the power of LLMs to drive innovation around efficiency and automation.

You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing robust backend systems and infrastructure to support our generative AI projects. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help drive forward new AI projects, as well as identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement by leveraging user data, AI technologies, and user feedback to iterate and enhance internal processes.

In this role you'll

• Own generative AI initiatives, focusing on enhancing efficiency and automation across the organization
• Promote AI-driven process improvement by defining, developing, and implementing product strategies, roadmaps, and features
• Conduct research and analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency enhancements
• Use data, AI technologies, and stakeholder feedback to iterate and innovate internal processes and tools
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations—to drive generative AI integration and process improvements

What you'll need

• 5+ years working as a backend engineer
• B.S. in Computer Science or Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
• A serious enthusiasm and passion for the latest AI technologies
• Broad knowledge of modern backend frameworks, tools, and architecture
• Experience working on high scale, production-grade projects
• Past contributions to open source projects are a plus
• Adept at learning fast and adapting to new technologies and frameworks
• Ability to work in an office environment
