Role and responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end development tasks on the Salesforce platform
• Develop and maintain sustainable integrations with other systems
• Work with the business to clearly define and design, implement, test, and release to production
• Find creative solutions to complex technical and integration challenges
• Introduce new methodologies, technologies, and tools to the technical ecosystem
• Responsible for the quality of the development team deliveries, using best practice processes and cutting-edge technology
• Responsible for the technical health and security of the System, including proactive optimization of processes
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, Salesforce certification preferred
• Vast knowledge and experience as Salesforce full stack developer, including Apex, Lightning Components, Integrations, Salesforce API
• Ability to understand the business processes and requirements, work with the business directly and design solid technical solutions
• Knowledge of Salesforce customization including custom objects, custom metadata, flows, and validation rules
• Ability to manage and own tasks end-to-end
• Creative mind and ability to solve complex issues
• Outstanding technical and analytical skills
