Autotalks is looking for an outstanding Security Developer to join our Security team. You will play a key role in creating an Automotive that is deployed in millions of vehicles. You will join our R&D division, working in a hybrid model: from our office in Kfar Netter, from home, or from our remote offices in Rehovot and Caesarea.

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled System-on-Chip (SoC) Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) Security Developer with multidisciplinary abilities to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying security features for our SoC HSM. The ideal candidate should have experience in low-level software development and be able to design and implement security features to meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy security features for our SoC HSMs.
  • Design and implement security features at a low-level software level.
  • Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure that security features are optimized for performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with other developers and security experts to ensure that all security features are up-to-date and meet the latest industry standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of security features and implementations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies in the industry.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, specifically in low-level software development.
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols and algorithms, including AES, ECC, and HASH, etc.
  • Experience with secure coding practices, such as input validation and boundary checking.
  • Strong programming skills in C and assembly language.
  • Experience with hardware development, specifically in SoC design, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, such as FIPS 140-2 and Common Criteria, is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
