Main Duties

• Provide technical mentoring and coaching to establish core team values, skills and best practices for software team members
• Plan activities, set priorities and allocate resources for Software embedded development.
• Define the Embedded software architecture
• Responsibility for products software engineering process while maintaining the required standards
• Responsible for the design, development and implementation of embedded software in multidisciplinary systems while ensuring on time and high-quality software delivery
  
  

Requirements

• M.Sc /B.Sc /BA in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience with developing Real Time embedded C/C++ software in a real-time multidisciplinary environment
• Proven experience with development and implementation for microcontrollers
• Experience in development of embedded applications on top of a RTOS
• Experience in leading a team of Embedded RT SW Engineer
• Deep Knowledge and experience in development communication protocols: SPI, CAN BUS, I2C, RS232 (TCP IP advantage)
• Deep knowledge in Embedded Development with C++ including debugging techniques and tools
• Experience in writing technical documents: SRS, SDD
• Experience with TI multi microcontrollers – preferred
• Experience with safety critical systems - preferred
• Interpersonal skills and excellent teamwork
