Role Description

We are looking for a DevOps Technical Leader

You will report to the Director of Core Software, Broadband business unit

Location

Hybrid role – working at least 3 days a week from our offices in Caesarea

What You Will Be Doing

Join a team of highly talented DevOps and Linux professionals.

We are looking for a forward-thinking self-driven leader to maintain and improve our CI/CD environments and provide guidelines that will drive a delivery of high-quality products.

Architects and design an automated Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery pipeline and tools used by multiple cross site engineering and test automation teams.

Help improve the architecture of build tools and components to support development and test automation teams.

Help validate functionality, performance, stability, and scalability of CI/CD environment.

Continually audit the build process seeking improvements that will optimize it an mitigate risk throughout the entire SDLC

What You Should Have

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of managerial experience leading at least 3 DevOps engineers.
• Strong experience with building and improving product delivery pipelines
• Knowledge and experience with Continuous Integration/Deployment best practices and servers
• Experience in automation/configuration management systems
• Scripting/Coding skills (Python, Perl, bash)
• Extensive knowledge of Linux server environments and distributions
• Working with version control systems
• Experience with Docker systems (Kubernetes)
• Experience with Static Analysis and Code coverage Tools
• Driven and able to quickly learn and use new technologies
• Strong communication skills (design, implementation, documentation, bugs)
